Great Staff, but I have had multiple times were the donuts were not fresh and alittle on the hard side.
The Manager at the 25th street Dunkin donuts rips people off then cause them liars because the order wasn't may correctly then when you ask for your money back they tell you go F your mom The owner of this establishment call me a few months back prior asking me to please give them 2nd try.But nothing has changed I still get my orders completely messed up every time they offer to replace my food coming next time but half the time I don't even come back because they still mass it up when I come back to get it fixed but does last time the manager I wish I could put the video up he told me to go f my mother. And I don't think as a Paying customer I should be ripped off and told to go do that I wish I could put this man's picture up on this post so you can watch out for him so you and your family don't have to be around a man that is willing to tell you to do that I have the video and no place to share it Except YouTube
The morning shift completely sucks. If you don't have good customer service skills you shouldn't work for a customer service business. The one lady always had a mean mug on her face and doesn't know how to accommodate people she just guesses and half ass listens to what the customers want. And the other girl always disappears or is on break when the morning rush comes in. Whenever I get my coffee from here and ask for a little bit of milk it seems I always get milk with a splash of coffee which is disgusting or if I get almond milk which I pay extra for they seem to be light handed when it comes to that. And if you drink almond milk you know you need to use double of what it would take regular milk to get your coffee to a caramel color. Get better morning staff.
The parking in the morning is a nightmare. The lady who served us went all passive aggressive when we said we wanted an assortment, but didn't want to tell her exactly what we wanted. What does she think an assortment is? They get 3 stars because my coffee was good, and so were the doughnuts.
This is one of the most amazing places I ever visited. The employees are very polite. Loved it.
